RFV Finances

Ride for Veterans is a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Leonardville, Kansas, dedicated to honoring and supporting America’s veterans. By riding long distances to visit aging veterans in their care facilities, the organization raises awareness of veteran issues while providing direct assistance to veterans in need. Ride for Veterans volunteers also support veterans through community service projects such as providing heating fuel, assisting with home repairs, transportation to important life events, and other support programs. Their mission is simple: to honor those who served by standing beside them long after their service ends.

There are no paid positions, and all board members or Officers are 100% volunteers who receive no compensation or free comps during the ride.  Each participant, including board members, officers, and volunteers, finances their own trip 100%.
